2007 Cooperation Project with LOCK&LOCK Suzhou Manufacturing Plant
In 2007, our company launched a strategic warehouse storage infrastructure cooperation with the Suzhou manufacturing base of LOCK&LOCK, a world-renowned Korean household goods brand. As a key supporting logistics project for LOCK&LOCK’s localized production and capacity expansion in China, this project focused on designing, manufacturing and installing heavy-duty pallet racking systems, supplemented by customized heavy-duty shelving systems, with a total project value exceeding RMB 1.8 million.
Against the backdrop of LOCK&LOCK’s rapid business growth and large-scale production layout at its newly built Suzhou factory, the plant was facing prominent warehouse operational pain points, including scattered inventory placement, low storage space utilization, and inefficient turnover of finished goods and packaging materials. To address these practical demands, our professional technical team conducted comprehensive on-site surveys, in-depth process docking and personalized scheme optimization in accordance with the factory’s production scale, cargo storage characteristics and daily warehousing management standards.
The integrated storage solution adopted a combined structural design of heavy-duty pallet racking and heavy-duty steel shelving. The heavy-duty pallet racking was specially developed for the bulk storage and mechanical handling of large-quantity finished household products, featuring super load-bearing capacity, stable structural performance and compatibility with forklift access, which greatly improved the efficiency of unitized cargo storage and rapid inbound and outbound turnover. The matched heavy-duty shelving was applied to store auxiliary materials, spare parts and small-batch goods, realizing classified, hierarchical and standardized management of diversified inventories.
Throughout the entire project cycle, we strictly implemented international industrial manufacturing standards and safety specifications, covering professional scheme design, precision component production, surface anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment, standardized on-site installation and complete after-delivery technical guidance. All products passed strict load-bearing tests and quality inspections, ensuring long-term stable, safe and efficient operation in high-frequency industrial warehousing scenarios.
This 2007 landmark cooperation successfully helped LOCK&LOCK Suzhou Plant build a systematic, efficient and standardized modern warehousing system, effectively boosting the factory’s inventory management level and overall operational efficiency, and strongly supporting its localized production and market supply layout in China.
