2021 Cooperation Project: Heavy-Duty Wire Deck Shelving Warehouse System for Herggor (USA)
In 2021, our company established a professional warehousing infrastructure cooperation with Herggor, a renowned U.S.-based industrial manufacturer. In response to the client’s on-site production and inventory management requirements, we engineered and delivered a customized heavy-duty wire deck shelving warehouse system, with the total project value exceeding RMB 1.1 million. This cooperation represents another high-quality benchmark project demonstrating our capability in providing tailored industrial storage solutions for international enterprises.
During the early project stage, our technical team conducted comprehensive on-site evaluation and in-depth technical alignment with Herggor’s production and logistics departments. Faced with diversified spare parts, semi-finished components and packaging materials, the client required a highly stable, well-ventilated and clearly classified storage system to replace traditional disorganized stacking methods. Conventional solid shelving failed to meet their demands for ventilation, dust dispersion, visual inventory checking and lightweight heavy-load storage, making heavy-duty wire deck shelving the most optimal solution for their workshop operational scenarios.

The system allows convenient manual and mechanical access, simplifies daily inventory counting, and effectively avoids material moisture accumulation and dust retention commonly found in closed storage structures. All structural components were manufactured and installed in strict accordance with international industrial safety standards and U.S. local warehousing specifications.
We delivered a full-lifecycle turnkey service, covering professional scheme design, structural load verification, precision manufacturing, surface anti-corrosion treatment, standardized on-site installation and operational guidance. Strict quality control was implemented throughout every procedure to ensure long-term stable, safe and reliable operation in the client’s daily production and storage environment.
