In 2010, our company entered into a landmark strategic cooperation with thyssenkrupp, a globally renowned industrial conglomerate, to deliver a fully customised warehouse racking system tailored exclusively for the classified storage of lengthy, linear raw materials. The overall contract value of this turnkey intralogistics project exceeded RMB 800,000, marking a milestone partnership that testified to our comprehensive engineering strength and customised logistics solution capabilities.

Prior to project conception, our technical team conducted in-depth on-site surveys and multi-round technical alignment with thyssenkrupp’s logistics and production departments to fully dissect their core operational pain points. Long-profile materials including steel bars, extruded profiles and tubular components had long been stacked directly on the warehouse floor, which triggered severe drawbacks such as low space utilisation, inconvenient forklift access, chaotic inventory sorting and elevated operational safety risks. Against this backdrop, we developed a dedicated heavy-duty cantilever racking system optimised for long goods storage, with every structural parameter, load-bearing standard and layout scheme refined to match the client’s unique material specifications and daily handling workflows.

The complete project lifecycle encompassed integrated services ranging from scheme design, structural finite element calculation, high-precision steel component manufacturing, surface anti-corrosion treatment to on-site guided installation and post-delivery operational training. All structural components complied with international industrial load-bearing and safety standards, featuring robust load distribution, flexible tier height adjustment and unobstructed front access for long workpieces. The finished racking system drastically lifted the client’s warehouse space utilisation rate, streamlined material picking and turnover efficiency, and established a standardised, orderly storage environment for all long-size inventory.
